Expecting Parents Meet-Up
We spend countless energy and hours focused on the baby’s nursery and how to breathe during labor, but we ignore the foundation of what will lead to a positive postpartum experience - our relationship with our partner. I lead my once-a-month Expecting Parents Meet-Up, where we discuss communication pitfalls and ways to strengthen your connection during the first year postpartum. Using the Gottman Institute’s tested Bring Baby Home Curriculum, this group will leave you feeling more prepared for the postpartum journey as a united couple.
Toddler Cohort
The Toddler Cohort meets every Wednesday for 4-weeks to discuss topics related to your budding, independent child. This group offers facilitated conversations around topics such as: Encouraging Independence, Emotion Coaching, Toddler-Led Play, and Limit-Setting, while also leaving room for your real-life examples and questions. This is an encouraging group without rigid approaches and shame; you’ll leave feeling empowered and encouraged for this exciting new stage of development.
